The house is within a few minutes' walk to the back beach trail and easy access to the Tyrone Foreshore on the bayside. Yet the back beach location ensures that you enjoy your previous holiday time in serene setting, not bothered by the busy summer crowd.
After a fun day out and about enjoying what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, your retreat at house will be full of joys and warms your heart for the next 365 days for sure. Some of the families may jump into the ionized, solar-heated pool, some chatting by the BBQ, and the others playing on the back yard lawn and in and around the cubby house.
There are lots of space and sitting places inside and outside the house. Inside, the families can dine by the gourmet kitchen, watch TV and play games in the lounge and / or sip their nights away in the back rumpus room complemented by a few games of pool.
All five bedrooms in the house are equipped with large comfy beds. Three bathrooms (with toilets) are another important feature (mundane but essential) that are sought after by guests.
