Both the house and the apartment provide balcony / verandah with magnificent views into the bay. The two living rooms and kitchens in the two dwellings provide perfect opportunity for a big family or two families to stay together yet enjoy a bit of private time here and there. All the bathrooms feature chic modern fixtures. The whole house is dotted with artistic decorations, complemented by a graceful petite grand piano in the main living room.

A large solar-heated swimming pool lies between the house and the apartment. Children can spend the whole day in the pool, or play safely in the verandah behind the front house.

Situated on a small hill in Dromana, the house is only a short distance away from the bay beach, multitude of Dromana shopping and dining venues and Arthurs Seat. Taking a short drive, guests get to enjoy the vineyards in Red Hill area, internationally acclaimed golf courses, the Peninsula Hot Spring and many more popular holiday attractions.
