Briggs Shaw Real Estate to pursue their love of sales and marketing, real estate and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Andy grew up holidaying in Portsea and continued this childhood dream into adulthood when she and Steve decided a sea change to Blairgowrie was in order. Andy wants her children to be raised to appreciate the ocean and nature.
Andy has a natural love for houses and interiors and her side hobbies include designing and manufacturing bright coloured textiles and home wares.
Andy has 20 years' experience in corporate business specialising in events and marketing having owned hospitality venues and working for various 5 star international resorts and restaurants in PR, marketing and events.
Andy entered into the world of business sales and commercial property leasing specialising in franchising. With this experience, Andy brings great negotiating skills along with persuasive sales techniques. These tools combined with current marketing trends and styling tips, Andy is well equipped to list and sell properties of all spectrums specialising in detailed buyer matching to ensure every property gets sold. This is demonstrated through her commitment to follow up and attention to detail.
Andy says “it's all about how we pitch and present things. We can all see the obvious features in a home - the position, the land size etc but I tend to go deeper and see the beauty in all homes - the character, the quirks, the ambience, the history, the flow and the memories.”
